Paul’s personal mission is to take care of the details so others can be at their best. He has a knack for explaining complicated ideas in a way that others can understand and act upon. Paul seeks to bring clarity, compassion, and humor to everything he does.
Paul has more than twenty years of experience working for and with non-profit organizations, including over a decade on executive-level teams. His focus is on accounting, benefits design and management, budgeting and financial analysis, and creating robust-yet-easy-to-use Quickbooks Online accounting systems.
Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and has a Master of Arts degree where he studied non-profit leadership. In his free time, Paul takes care of a Japanese-style garden and a small fruit tree orchard.

Nicki thrives on encouraging others to reach their full potential. She loves collaborating with others to build innovative processes so everyone can be more productive and successful, while laughing and having some fun along the way.
Nicki has several years of managerial experience and has spent the latest of these years focusing on bookkeeping and process improvement training for clients. She has a degree in Business Management. Nicki keeps up-to-date by constant engagement in continuing education opportunities.
Nicki loves the outdoors, and spends time with her family hiking and playing in Central Oregon where she was born and happily resides.
