Sometimes, an organization we have been working with for some time grows to the point where they are ready to take on everything on their own. We count this as a success! In taking this step, sometimes it can be easier for you if we can support you through this process, rather than this change taking place at all once. (Transition services are only appropriate for organizations we have a prior ongoing working relationship with.)

Independence

Our transition services, which can be provided for up to one year, are designed to help your staff build the skills they need to be able to become truly independent in their roles. We keep an eye on your work from a little more distance, while being available for teaching, training, and consulting.
